Just Peachey Rentals is a small, independently owned rental business with properties across multiple states. Founded by Becca Peachey and later joined by Dustin Easley, the portfolio includes a mix of vacation homes, long-term rentals, and furnished mid-term stays.
We handle everything in-house to keep the process simple, direct, and cost-effective—no third-party platforms or unnecessary fees. Just solid properties, managed by people who genuinely care.
meet your hosts
Becca and Dustin are both Marine Corps veterans who now manage Just Peachey Rentals across multiple states. Becca grew up just 20 minutes from the lake house in Ohio, and Dustin is a Colorado native. Between them, they handle everything from guest communication to property maintenance—so when you book direct, you’re working with real people who care about the details.
Becca’s the ideas person (read: chaos with a vision), and Dustin makes sure everything actually gets done. It works.
