What are your payment terms and what happens if I want to cancel?

• Full payment is due immediately at the time of booking.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before check-in.

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

  • Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking.

When is Check-In and Check-Out?

• Check-in is after 3:00 PM.

• Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on the cleaning schedule. We'll offer it if available.

What's your maximum occupancy?

• Maximum of 7 overnight guests unless approved before arrival.

• Daytime guests are allowed but must follow all house rules.

Are the neighbors friendly?

• Now they are! The home to the left is a part time home. The owners of the home on the right live there full time. We have good relationships with both sets of neighbors.

What's your Smoking Policy?

• Smoking is allowed outdoors only. It is also not allowed in the 3 seasons/game room.

• Please use the provided ashtrays for cigarette butts and ashes.

When are Quiet Hours?

• Outdoor quiet(er) hours are:

  11:00 PM – 6:00 AM on weeknights

  12:00 AM – 8:00 AM on weekend nights and holidays

• The inside of the house is pretty soundproof.

Are Pets allowed and do you charge for them?

• Pets are allowed and stay for free!

• We do ask that pets stay under owner control at all times.

• And please pick up pet waste and dispose of it in the provided bin on the back deck.

Can you use the kayaks, pedal boat and stand-up paddle boards directly from the backyard?

• Yes! They are relatively light weight so you can just drop them off from the edge. There is a ladder on the edge when you can get in and out of the lake from.

• Guests must sign a liability waiver to use any lake equipment. Liability Waivers can be found inside the Welcome Guide.

• A parent or guardian must sign for any minor.

• Life jackets must be worn near or in the lake, especially by children. Life jackets of multiple sizes are provided (dogs too).

Where can we park and how many cars can fit?

• The driveway can fit up to 6 vehicles.

• We just ask that you don't park on the grass.

How does Property Damage work?

• Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay.

• Please be honest and report anything so we can fix it before the next guest arrives.

• We don’t charge for minor accidents or normal wear.

• Costs for excessive, negligent or unreported damages may be charged to the guest’s payment method on file.

What are your Check Out Instructions and do you expect us to do chores?

• No chores! However, we do ask a couple of common courtesy things, so our cleaner doesn't have to spend a lot of time organizing:

  • Put games and toys back where you found them

  • Don't leave food crusted on dishes

  • Empty and dispose of used food items from the fridge

  • Make sure you have all of your belongings. Prepaid labels and packaging must be provided for return items
